Refuse Collection - Ordinance Change

NOTICE TO LATHRUP VILLAGE RESIDENTS:

Please be reminded that effective January 1, 2019, the amendment to the Solid Waste Ordinance goes into effect. The change reflects a new requirement that both residential and business refuse must be placed in containers.

DDA Facade & Sign Grants

The Lathrup Village Downtown Development Authority (DDA) announces that it is accepting applications for:

Sign Grant - The DDA allocates $10,000 to the grant program.  Applicants may receive a maximum grant of fifty (50%) percent of the total sign cost, up to a maximum of $2,000, subject to DDA board approval.

Facade Grant - The DDA allocates $20,000 to the grant program. Applicants may receive a maximum grant of fifty
(50%) percent of the total sign cost up to $ I 0,000 subject to board approval.

Service Line Warranty - Available to Lathrup Village Residents

The City of Lathrup Village is pleased to announce our partnership with the National League of Cities to offer a new service.

Lathrup Village Residents have received a letter on behalf of Service Line Warranty of America. This is a legitimate program. 

The City of Lathrup Village has partnered with Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA) to help eligible homeowners be prepared and have the best possible service in the case of such an emergency.
