Point & Pay - Easy Online/Remote Payments

The electronic bill payment system – “Point & Pay” – is coming online on Monday, April 5, 2021.

Residents will be able to pay water bills and property taxes. Contractors and home owners will be able to apply and pay for Building Department permits from their computer, tablet or cell phone! Users can activate a user account to access many features.  The website is:

City Council Approves Cannabis Primary Caregivers Ordinance

At a combined meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission on Monday, February 8th, City Council approved amendments to the zoning ordinance to provide reasonable regulations and standards for Cannabis Primary Caregivers operating in the city.

How to Properly Recycle Cardboard

To ensure proper recycling of cardboard please follow these steps:

1. Remove packing material and flatten cardboard boxes.

2. If needed, break down cardboard into smaller pieces to ensure it fits in the cart.

3. Place items into the recycling cart. Items not properly placed will be taken to the landfill.
