DDA Facade Improvement and Site Beautification Grant

The Lathrup Village Downtown Development Authority (DDA) approved reinstating the Facade Grant program for Fiscal Year 2018-19. The budget allocates money to the program each year. Applicants may receive a maximum grant of fifty (50%) percent of the total sign cost of up to $10,000. Projects that are focused on parking lot and landscaping site improvements are eligible for a maximum award of $2,500. All grants are subject to available program funding and board approval.

DDA Sign Grant

The Lathrup Village Downtown Development Authority (DDA) approved reinstating the Sign Grant program for Fiscal Year 2018 -19. The budget allocates money to the program each year.  Applicants may receive a maximum grant of fifty (50%) percent of the total sign cost, up to a maximum of $2,000, subject to DDA board approval.
